Ken Stancer has been  Music Director at St Andrew's since August 2002. He serves as the primary organist for weekly and special liturgies, directs the Chancel Choir and Choristers and coordinates the Music Ministry.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Music degree from UW-Whitewater and a Master of Music degree from UW-Madison.  In addition to leading the St. Andrew's Music Ministry, he teaches K-5 elementary music in the Madison Public Schools and teaches organ privately. 

Ken has been involved in church music for over 20 years and has also been a music leader and organist in Lutheran, UCC, Methodist, and Catholic churches.  He is especially interested in the sacred music of living composers and hymnody.
